Foodniche Inc. Organizes Food, Health & Tech Summit at Rutgers in NJ

Foodniche Inc, The organizers of the Food, Health and Technology Summit announced that industry executive,Tom Mastrobuoni, will be speaking at the Food, Health and Technology Summit. Tom is the Chief Financial Officer of Tyson New Ventures, the corporate venture capital division of Tyson Foods.

Mastrobuoni has thirteen years of experience in alternative asset management. His speech will focus on how Tyson Foods is helping to bring nourishing meals to homes across the country and what Tyson Ventures looks out for when evaluating potential food companies to invest in.

Mastrobuoni is the latest addition to the roster of impressive speakers presenting at the Summit. The event, slated for October 27 at Rutgers University, brings together educators, innovators, industry experts and entrepreneurs in the food space to showcase different food and foodtech products that are shaping the world today as well as discuss different efforts to tackle obesity and related health challenges.

The summit will also feature a keynote address by Dr. Sue Shapses, Professor of Nutrition and Director of NJ Obesity Group, on obesity and the strategies in the works to help Americans live healthier and stronger lives.

A panel discussion featuring distinguished panelists drawn from academia and the food industry is also on the agenda. Panelists include : Victor Penev, MBA. CEO at Edaman, Jennifer Goggin Director of Retail, Crave Food Systems, Dr Virginia Quick, Interim director of the Didactic Program in Dietetics, Rutgers University and Cindy Kasindorf, CEO Remedy Organics.
